My Approach

“I think of happiness as something deeper, more like a sense of inner resource to meet the circumstances of our day, whatever they are. A feeling of belonging, of having a home somewhere, in this body, this mind, with one another, on the planet.”

— Sharon Salzberg

When was the last time you felt like you were home in yourself? I believe we all have a home within us, and my mission as a coach is to help you find yours. The Invitation offers you the space you need to map your landscape – to understand where you’ve been and are right now, and to deepen your intuition of the topography.

Together we will slow down, get curious, and locate your sanctuary within. I will support you to pause, assess that full tool kit you already have, and to make changes that are informed by your core values, beliefs, and intuition. We’ll turn down the volume of the world to hear together what you need to get rooted in self love, self knowledge, and joy.

My coaching is holistic and grounded in my training through Leadership that Works’ Coaching for Transformation model. It is informed by my experience with social movement work; cooking; museum curation; dance; theatre; nature; mindfulness; parenting; aesthetics; and my years of study of wisdom and faith traditions.

I offer support, humor, playfulness, accountability, inclusivity, and the gift of full presence. My coaching is compassionate, curious, creative, and nurturing. This work is based on my core beliefs that we hold within ourselves the answers we need; that a liberated world where there are enough resources for everyone is possible; and that we must learn to listen to our bodies, our feelings, and lean into our interconnectedness with all life.

I offer an hour-long complimentary exploratory session so I can learn more about what’s calling you in to do this work. Sliding scale rates are available. Let’s talk!
